The Synod Leadership team held a listening session prior to the Synod to hear from parishioners on areas of concerns and ideas for growth. This led to creating twelve brainstorming sessions for the Synod focused on the question:
How can we grow by. . .

. . . providing adult instruction and education programs for the community
. . . increasing our engagement with other religious and spiritual traditions
. . . staying connected via technology
. . . racial equity & immigrant issues
. . . focusing on youth and young families
. . . focusing on middle/High School and Young Adults
. . . focusing on inclusion of special needs people and communities
. . . focusing on LGBTQ+, divorced Catholics, seniors/retired communities
. . . increasing the vitality of our sacraments
. . . optimizing the use of our facilities and resources
. . . ensuring our financial stability
