Funeral for Carolyn Drobnicki

L'Arche Core Member, dear friend, and St. Pat's parishioner Carolyn Drobnicki passed away suddenly this past Saturday at her parents' house.

Carolyn had been sick for some time with various unexplained health problems and doctors had not been able to figure out what was going on until this past week when we learned she was diagnosed with a terminal illness. However, we all thought we had more time to spend together as a community, and we are in shock as we grieve the loss of such an amazing person.

Carolyn brought such joy to our homes and community. Her loving soul lit up every room she entered. Whether lending a hand in the kitchen or a hand on the dance floor, Carolyn touched the hearts of so many people. She will be missed by us all.

Thank you for keeping her family and the L'Arche community in your prayers. Her funeral service will be held at St. Ignatius Chapel on the Seattle University campus at 10 AM Wednesday, April 6th .
